Global Hearts Initiatives Foundation (GHI-Foundation) is a non-profit organization established on February 15, 2024, with a mission to bring hope, empowerment, and sustainable development to underserved communities. Founded by a visionary humanitarian and faith leader, (Apostle Dr. J. Aaron Wright, Sr.). The Foundation was created to respond to the pressing challenges of poverty, hunger, conflict, poor -primary healthcare, mental health struggles, and economic inequality affecting vulnerable populations.
With compassion at its core, GHI-Foundation develops impactful programs in agriculture and food security, education, primary healthcare, psychosocial support, peacebuilding, women and youth empowerment, environmental conservation and climate change, and economic development. From trauma healing and reconciliation to scholarships and vocational training, GHI-Foundation takes a holistic, people-centered heart approach to community transformation. Today, the Foundation operates from the compound of the Wright Empowerment Enterprise Incorporated (WEE Inc.) and collaborates with both local and international partners to create lasting change. Guided by the values of integrity, inclusivity, sustainability, and excellence, GHI-Foundation continues to stand as a beacon of hope — fostering dignity, self-reliance, and opportunity for all.

Apostle Dr. J. Aaron Wright, Sr. is a Liberian, an ordained minister of the gospel, peacebuilder, and developmental leader with over 32 years in ministry and 28 years in the NGO sector. He is the Founder and Chairman of the Global Hearts Initiatives Foundation (GHI-Foundation), Founder of the Salvation Tabernacle of Faith Ministries, President of the West Africa Christian Development Training Institute (WACDTI), and CEO of Wright Empowerment Enterprise Incorporated (WEE Inc.). He serves as National Director of the International Christian Embassy Jerusalem-Liberia (ICEJ-Liberia), and he previously served as Program Coordinator for 20 years in the Healing and Reconciliation Unit of the Christian Health Association of Liberia (CHAL). Apostle Dr. Wright holds a B.A. degree in Missions, M.A. degree in Organizational Leadership, a Doctorate degree in Ministry, and is currently pursuing a Doctorate degree in Business Administration in Switzerland. He have benefited from other portfolio training at leading institutions across Africa, Europe, and the U.S., he has contributed extensively to Liberia’s peacebuilding and development processes, while mentoring both biological and spiritual children at home and abroad.
ACTING EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Dr. Stephen S. Lendeh is an accomplished academic leader, educator, and humanitarian professional with extensive experience in higher education administration, curriculum development, research, and community-based health initiatives. With advanced qualifications in education administration and theology, combined with strong practical training in nursing, counseling, and leadership, he brings a rare blend of academic rigor and community service to his work at GHI-Foundation. His career spans across teaching, academic leadership, international program coordination, and humanitarian interventions.
He is passionate about shaping educational systems, strengthening institutional capacities, and contributing to Liberia’s social and human development through leadership, mentorship, and evidence-based approaches.
FINANCE MANAGER
Antoine K. Nzinga is a seasoned Finance Manager with a Certificate in Accounting and 32 years of progressive banking experience at Citigroup (formerly Citibank Kinshasa). Over the course of his career, he has gained extensive expertise in Trade and Cash Management Products, Accounting, Auditing, and Financial Management, consistently ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in financial operations. Known for his reliability, integrity, and precision, Mr. Nzinga has successfully overseen complex financial processes, provided strategic guidance to executives, and contributed to sustainable organizational growth. Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Ministry, he combines his technical proficiency in finance with principled leadership and ethical stewardship, offering a unique blend of professional expertise and personal values that make him a trusted advisor and leader.
PROGRAMME MANAGER
Macon F. Tubman is an accomplished agronomist with deep expertise in tree crops, specializing in cocoa, coffee, and oil palm, as well as practical experience with lowland rice (swamp rice) and a range of vegetables, including bulb onions. Over the years, he has worked with major development partners and NGOs such as the European Union’s Southeastern Liberia Rural Development Programme (SLRDP), USAID’s Liberia Community Infrastructure Programme (LCIP), and the Lutheran World Federation/World Service (LWS), where he contributed to agricultural development and rural livelihood improvement. In addition to fieldwork, Mr. Tubman has served as a board member and technical adviser to several local agricultural NGOs, helping to build capacity, guide program design, and ensure effective project implementation. He has also broadened his professional scope by serving as a Junior Consultant with Agridev, an agricultural consultancy firm, where he provided technical insights into project planning and execution. Recognized by colleagues for his dedication and technical competence, Mr. Tubman continues to contribute to advancing sustainable agriculture and food security in Liberia.
M & E/ PROJECT DEVELOPMENT
Zinnah A.S. Tamba is an experienced Monitoring & Evaluation and Project Development Coordinator with a strong background in economics and mathematics. He has over 13 years of expertise in project design, implementation, and evaluation, including five years as a national consultant on a World Bank/MOA-supported agriculture project and more than eight years with Concern Worldwide in Liberia. His skills include M&E system design, participatory monitoring tools, project supervision, planning, and reporting within tight timelines. He also has demonstrated capacity in addressing gender-based violence in development contexts, knowledge sharing, and supporting managerial teams to achieve program goals. With a proven record of overseeing large projects, Mr. Tamba combines technical expertise with a results-driven approach to drive sustainable impact.
LIVESTOCK PROGRAM COORDINATOR
Jerome B. Teah, Sr. is an agricultural professional with a B.Sc. in Agriculture (Animal Science) from Cuttington University, with further academic exposure in Ghana, China, and Nigeria. He has extensive experience in agricultural development, education, and humanitarian service, including work with UNHCR as a border observer and trainer, where he equipped over 160 Liberian refugee women with skills in poultry and piggery farming. In exile, he also served as a school administrator and teacher under UNHCR’s frontline education system. Upon returning to Liberia, he contributed to USAID-supported programs across 10 counties, serving in roles such as Agricultural Supervisor, Livestock Coordinator, and Project Manager with organizations including Samaritan’s Purse, Plan International, Mercy Corps, and VOSIEDA. Skilled in agribusiness, livestock management, and computer applications, and fluent in English and French, he is committed to advancing food security and sustainable livelihoods.
